I was getting excited when I saw a high bar squat with oly shoes then you put your feet out and I lost my wood.

You also seem to shift forward quite a lot in the bottomposition. Hard to tell from the angle how much it really is.

What's with the russian sig? do you speak it?


Some thoughts on your squats:

-as already mentioned you morphed high bar squat and power squat into one...
-overall the squat wasnt too bad

things to consider:

if it's a low bar power squat:

-position bar a bit lower
-sit back a lot more....you did almost none of it which was weird since your stance was very wide
-a bit forward lean will help compensate sitting back
-push back on the bar more on the way up..

oly squats:

-considerably more narrow stance...

your depth was fine imo...

I'm going to go for 365 or more in a few weeks with a considerably narrower stance. Low bar sucks, so I'll stick with my beloved high bar. I love ATG, or near-ATG squats.

DS: I don't speak it...yet. I'm taking a class in university.

MoM: you're right, but I just liked it as "captain". Because I'm so original like that.

Never done these a whole lot. They help me with my confidence about how much I can hold over head in the snatch position. I can do more, but I was leaving some in the tank

Squat

I'm going to do triples for a few weeks. Adding weight each time until I miss a rep. After that I'll go for a new max.

Plate flips
20kgx a lot
A local ammy strongman competitor was doing these with 15kg. He witnessed me hub pinching a 45 once (which he cannot) and wanted to see me do some other grip stuff. He can out farmers walk me any day, but in other areas of grip I can beat him.

CHINSMOTHERFUCKER

BWx2x I lost count. In between sets and a few sets at the end.
