Lost my balance and had to fight it for a bit. Used all my energy, hence why I'm nearly falling over at the end. I'll be going for more in about a month.

Front Squat
I was feeling crazy, so I went for a front squat PR as well

Whoa dude, for a high bar position and in oly shoes, your stance is rediculously wide. I think you would better off bringing your feet in closer based on how you are squatting the weight.

10-4. I knew something felt off. That's what I get for going a few months without squatting heavy. I'll retest my max in a few weeks.

All reps past 100kg are singles. Those before means I didn't take much time in between resetting and going again.

I was under the impression that my campus gym was supposed to be open until 11. Unlucky for me the cunts were closing at 9 and I only arrived at 8:30. I was going to do more, but when I learned I had so little time I figured I'd just do a bit more volume with 115.

I had taken Geranamine + caffeine before hand and was quite wired. When one of the staff came over to tell me they were closing in 5 minutes I turned my head, quietly told him to fuck off, and went back to what I was doing.

I think I scared everyone in there with all the noises I was making on the platform.
