All relatively easy. I'm actually starting to enjoy benching

Deadlift
225x3
265x3
315x3x2
355x3x2. Really shitty form by the last set. Calf was hurting and just didn't feel strong
375x2x3. Belt. Belt wasn't sitting right and I felt horrible
355x2x3. Almost skipped these, but I had Chase's voice in my head.

Bench
115x5
135x5
155x5x4

Almost felt like DE

KB bottoms up press
16kgx4/hand
24kgx3/handx2
32kgx1 right hand, fail left hand.

I forgot to post up the last day of Sheiko #29, oh well.

10/13/08

Sheiko #37 Week 1 Day 1

Went with a friend that took a look at my bench form and reminded me of some form errors I had. Felt extremely strong today. Might have something to do with the large amount of stims I took beforehand

Bench

Squat

Tiring, but all easy. The gym owner commented on my form in between sets "For you to go any lower you'd have to dig a hole".

DB Flys

Bench

GMs
135x5x5

Various grip work. 45 hub pinches, axle bar hangs, plate flips. I had a lot of energy to burn.
