Okay I would post later that night, and I didn't! >_<
Anywho, before I get this e-journal thing off the ground (I was using an actual paper journal, but grew tired of it), there are a few things I need to say. This journal will not only compose of WSG, but also my diet, PE, and my religious growth (Christianity). I will try my best to post some current numbers such as height, weight, rpms, and such later.

Just a brief little tid bit:

Breakfast:
  • 1 Scoop of Serious Mass (Banana) + 1 Scoop of 100% Whey Protein (Vanilla)+ Creatine Monohydrate (GNC Brand,5mg)
  • 1 Piece of Toast
  • Multi (GNC Mega Men)
Lunch:
  • Small Beef Burrito
  • Small Cake
Snack:
  • 1 Piece of Toast w/ Peanut Butter
  • Multi
  • 1 Scoop of Serious Mass (This banana flavored stuff, is pretty good!) + Creatine
  • NOS Tablet
Dinner:
  • 2 Bean and Rice Burritos (Taco Bell)
  • NOS Tablet
Other:
  • Mike and Ikes (Grape kind )
  • NOS Tablet
  • 3 x NOS Tablets right before sleep
  • L-Arginine 1,000mg

Paul's Second Letter to Timothy

2:1 You therefore, my child, be strengthened in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. 2:2 The things which you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit the same to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also. 2:3 You therefore must endure hardship, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus. 2:4 No soldier on duty entangles himself in the affairs of life, that he may please him who enrolled him as a soldier. 2:5 Also, if anyone competes in athletics, he isn’t crowned unless he has competed by the rules. 2:6 The farmers who labor must be the first to get a share of the crops. 2:7 Consider what I say, and may the Lord give you understanding in all things.

After reading what people had to say about the Wal-Mart brand of NO products, I decided to go out and pick up some from wally world, since I am on a budget. Picked up some "NOS". 180 tablets, for 10 bucks, which is a better deal then paying the 12 some odd bucks for GNC L-Arginine which only had 90 tablets. Hope it works well!

Some small reviews on the Wal-Mart Brand "NOS":
WAL-MART creatine??

Going hiking later today, which should be loads of fun! Going with a fellow brother, so we should also get something worthwhile out of the hiking trip. Plan on discussing Mark (all) and Luke (Chapters 1-10).

Okay, so hiking got shot down but some foolish folk, but we did go to the park, and got some a few rounds of tennis in. My serve has gotten a lot better since I started watching and learning from people who are better. This in turn made the day a bit more worthwhile since I actully learned something.

Today's Lesson:

Use open eyes and open ears, when witnessing someone with more knowledge or skill then you.

Had pratice today from 1-3pm. Went pretty well. Brad has been teaching me the achilles lock, and its finally paying off. Got most of my taps today from the achilles lock, and also had a few heel hooks (never crank them though, just fit it in, and let go). Brad and I did a good drill, where the only move I was allowed to do was the achilles lock, and he would defend against it. We did that for 3 minutes, and I got 2 taps, which felt pretty good seeing as Brad would normally kill me on the mat. Also found out I am not practicing with a bunch of unbelievers. Matt and Brad both belief in the Lord which is good. I see this a huge blessing from the Lord. Not only did he send me a Catch Wrestler, trained under Billy Wicks (Brad), but he also sent me a brother, which makes things worthwhile.

Been studying Jiro Wakabayashi's bouts, and his knee in guard move works great. Kudos to SK Abs!

Oh, I also forgot to add, that I was cramping like crazy today. I need to start drinking A LOT more water (even though thats all I eer drink :/). Brad told me to buy some potassium, so I am going to give that a try.

Also, since we start on our knees, I am always get sucked into a guard game, with me usually in someone else's guard. If i dont get the knee inbetween, I am screwed, becauce my game revoles around the knee in/leg lock game. The solution I found was right when the match start, push them onto their butt and while they are falling back, quickly put the knee in.

Broke up with my g/f... She wasnt down for the Lord, so she had to go. She will be missed if not saved...hopefully the truth will be with her soon! and when that times comes, I will be there, so that we can spiritually grow together!

Bought a sample of some Spike at work today. Going to try it out and see how that does for me. Maybe I will actully stay awake in class tomorrow morning! Hopefully it will increase my focus at practice a bit more tomorrow.

Work has been great! (Work at GNC). Brian is a brother also, so thats a plus.

Things are looking good.

Question: "How should a Christian view sports / athletics?"

Answer: The Bible doesn’t specifically address participation in sporting events. While it is true that we are ordered to be separate from the world (John 17:14-15), it is also true that we have to live in the world (1 Corinthians 5:10). As Christians we have to work (and play) daily with those who are unsaved. No matter what part (or position) we play in life we are to be witnesses for Christ (1 Peter 3:15). We are to be examples of Christ for all to see (Matthew 5:14-16). We should take every opportunity to show others just what Christianity is all about. We should always keep our conduct above reproach.

Many professional sports heroes today are a far cry from being a positive role model. Steroids, illegal drugs, and alcohol seem to be the norm. It is common to hear of players raping women, cheating on or even beating their wives, attacking fans, and even assaulting people. Yet they still keep playing and receiving millions of dollars annually. It would seem to me that a Christian playing sports would truly standout in this crowd.

If a Christian athlete is really praying and seeking a way to share Christ with others God will provide ample opportunities. It could be sharing Jesus or praying with teammates. It could be praising God in an interview. It could even be witnessing to fans. Basically it all boils down to this: Whatever you do, whatever sport you play; do it for the glory of God (1 Corinthians 10:31).

The only caution if would give to a believer who is playing sports is to not allow sports to become an idol (1 John 5:21). Never allow sports to become more important to you than your relationship with God. It is fine to be interested in sports, to be knowledgeable about sports, to be a dedicate fan of a certain team. The problem is that there are far too many people who can name all of the NFL teams, but cannot name the books of the New Testament. There are far too many people who will spend hours playing and/or watching sports each day - but do not spend more than a few minutes a day praying or reading the Bible. It is all a matter of perspective and priorities.

* My body has been looking really nice as of late. Alot less body fat, and looking very lean. My abs look crazy at the moment, and I havent done abs in awhile! I think its the combo of Creatine + NOS. My body has felt overall very pumped. Through this body I will compete for the Lord!
