Well, I've been on a night schedule lately, and my squat rack is outside- so I've been trying to find ways to squat inside without a rack. Hack squats, with the barbell behind the back, I really felt them in my knees and lower quads- just experimenting with different variants. I wanted to get used to front squats maybe once or twice a month, and when I can get outside get some reps in on overhead squat. and since I was feeling out my max on Zerchers, I wanted to get some volume in on one variant.
