Bench: 115 3x5, 120x5, 125x5
Squat: 140x5, 150x5, 160x5, 175x5, 190x5
Bent-Over Rows: 100 5x5

Felt great today . . . my back rounded a little on the 175 set for Squats, don't know why, because it was fine on 190.

SOHP: 80x5, 85x5, 90x5, 95x5 (couldn't finish the last rep)
Deadlift: 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 180x1, 185x2, 190x1, 195x2, 200x1
Bent-over Rows: 95 3x5, 100x5, 105x5

Deadlift grip and form started to deteriorate at around 185 . . . but I'm not sore or anything. Either way, I might lower the weight next time to get my form 100%. Rows were pretty crappy because I was tired from Deadlifting.

Haven't benched in a while, due to getting lobotomized (figuratively speaking) by Linear Algebra . . .

Bench: 95x8, 115 2x5, 120x5, 125x5, 135x2
Squats: 135x5, 160x5, 175x5, 190x5, 205x5
Dumbbell Rows: 55 dumbbell 5x5

I had to give up the power cage because someone was waiting, so I couldn't do barbell rows . . . dumbbell rows just didn't feel the same. Squats felt OK, though my 205 set was more like half-squats.

Bench: 115x5, 120x5, 125x5, 130x5, 135x5
Deadlift: 135x10, 155x10, 175x8, 185x6

I decided to go lighter on the Deadlifts to get my form up. I wear running shoes to Deadlift so the extra height on the heel makes it harder to drive through them when pulling, so I might put on my Vans next time. Bench felt fine. My cardio has also gone to shits

SOHP: 80x5, 85x5, 90x5, 95x4
Squats: 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 190x5, 205x5
Bent-Over Rows: 105 5x5

Rows were harder than usual. Squats felt fine. Haven't SOHP'ed in a while, so I wasn't expecting too much . . . at least I haven't lost any gains in it thus far . . .

Terrible, terrible day.

Bench: 120x5, 125x5, 130x5, 135x4 (failed)
Squat: 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 195x4 (failed)

I also showed my friend how to RDL/Deadlift, so,

Deadlift: 135x10
RDL: 135x10

Bench and Squat were terrible today, as I put out higher numbers last week and didn't go to failure. Also ran to and from the gym, so I got some, although an insignificant amount, of cardio in.

Had to settle with a crappy home weight set . . .

Bench: 100 5x10
Dumbell Rows: 47.5 5x8

Not much to say here . . .
