Thursday, October 18th

10-minutes sledgehammer levering

30-minutes partner tire flipping conditioning @ 300ish pounds
-0:00-10:00 alternating singles
-10:01-20:00 alternating triples
-20:01-30:00 alternating single + tuck jump in, tuck jump out

Felt pretty good, into that degree of tiredness that hurts but is encouraging because you're able to work through it
