maan, I don't know, woogie played it fine. I think it runs in quicktime for me... biggar formatted it on his phone, so I don't know what the deal is, I couldn't put it on youtube, either, but maybe one of those guys could. Either way it's a pretty basic and short clip so no biggie

II is a damned good investment. The basic exercise split has been great for me across the board.
Get a sandbag, sledge, and tire tomorrow.

Friday, October 12th

AM - Conditioning Drills:

10-minute jog warm-up (backpedaling uphill included)

6 x 100m sled drags (75lbs)

24-minute "L.S.D" 75lbs sled drag, alternating 10 long walking steps and 5 "sprint" steps for the duration

PM - Boxing

4 rounds rope-drill warm-up

6 rounds heavybag work

6 x 1 minute punch-out drills (straight punches, full speed/power)

2 rounds speedbag

2 rounds double-end bag

2 rounds shadowboxing

core circuit:
dragon flags x5
DB deadlift twist x10 per side
v-ups x15
back extensions x25
rest briefly, repeat 5x

farmer's walk (100's) to failure
