AM - Roadwork
4.4km cross-country ski trail run
5-minutes screwing around with a log clean and press, 62 reps
PM - Boxing
10-minutes "shadow sparring" warm-up with Colin
3 rounds shadowboxing
4 rounds focus mitts (inside work; overhooking and turning angles, creating punching space for free hand, uppercut/hook flurries, doubling up in close, level change + shoulder butt followed by combination)
2 rounds heavybag work (running numbers off of the triple jab)
2 rounds uppercut bag (....uppercuts)
floorwork circuit:
-20 squats
-20 v-ups
-20 push-ups
-10 pull-ups
-repeat 5x, about a minute rest between rounds shadowboxing
