Is it just me, or did something edit out "****bolism?"

For the record, Brandon: I couldn't put on weight for the life of me until about 25 or so. Then I did, indeed, gain 30 some pounds of useless flesh in a matter of two, maybe three years.

Fair warning.

Got to the boxing gym... ride pulls away.. door is locked... gym empty. Fuck.

3.5ish km haul-ass run to the Goodlife Fitness

Dicking around with the weights...

shadowboxing warm-up

hang clean + press

pull-ups x 15

1-arm DB side raises
20 x 10 x 3 per side

hyperextensions
bw + 45 x 10 x 4

5-minute cycle cooldown

What a day of assorted, unfocused, frustrating shit. Pissed, but at least it's something

Yeah, it'd be like Diego stuck outside with an unkempt lawn to mow, minimum wage, and a burrito just within the locked doors

Saturday - nothing

Sunday, March 2nd

AM - Roadwork

light jog + bounding warm-up

12 x 100m sprints (backpedal back to start line)

5 x 50 push-ups

PM - Boxing

4 rounds rope-drill warm-up (basic; advance behind double jab, weave, counter 2-3 or 3-2 depending on side, repeat)

4 rounds shadowboxing

6 rounds focus mitt work (working on same-side parry-counters and high-low-high combinations, all incorporating a step + angle off + triple jab to finish)

3 rounds sparring (exclusively inside fighting; came off pretty good here, doing most of my work doubling up with either hand and scoring well)

9-minutes speedbag (alternating 30 moderately-paced hits and 30 sprints, just a burn out)

floor work
-100 medicine ball sit-up + slams
-25 pull-ups
-wall sit finisher
