Pretty good. Most customers are from the US, but we ship them to the apparel company's contractor's in Asia or So America...

Standard, big ol' yes on that. What do you recommend for a limp-wristed vagina, Sandy?

Thursday + Friday = light rest days, 100 pushups/25 pull-ups both days, 1 mile jog, and some wood chopping. Misses is kind of motivating me to start the 50 day plan to the T... man I burn through potential programs like a flaky teenager should.
Gonna follow Bubbles' lead and start jotting down my food intake here, too, to motivate me to get down to fight weight again... probably... between 6-10 pounds to drop.

Hmm I'm up for it. I'd probably be changing the intervals runs for stair/hill sprints, and adding some more LSD work, but other than that, I'd be up for following it. Whaddya say? You'd be subbing in your own strength stuff, ya?

Yep, there will be some revisions, but the basic split will stay the same, as far as warrior challenge, intervals, strength, etc
