Ab-countability Log

This log is for Ascendant, Zero, myself and anyone else who goes to the gym with intentions of throwing in some direct ab work at the end of a session, but rarely follows through. There are no races or common goals here… other than to have an onion skin midsection with razor sharp cuts, that is. If you are already an ab-wizard, don’t post here in an effort to show off your crunchy prowess.

I'll join in on this, I never man up to do ab work at the end of my workouts.

Hm, I should do this, I always forget or leave the core work out due to laziness. More than likely could've prevented my last injury with consistent training.

I don't really want to hear everyones back story.

If you're in, just post your ab work for that day. Don't say you're in, or joining; no clutter. It should just be workout after workout.

That's it.

Mine from yesterday:

Ab wheel roll-outs from the knees:

3*15

Crunch/hip flexor machine

3*15*mid-stack

Today
the Defranco circuit

3 times through the following, no rest.

10 sprinters
10 v-ups
10 toe touches
10 hip thrusts

I taped it to get some idea of how my v-ups are looking, seems like i don't keep the legs quite straight locked out. Rats.
