The long, long road to elite.

New log. Why?

1) Old log name was stupid.
2) Newfound focus into my training goals. Honestly, when I first started, I wasn't all that into the competition aspect of powerlifting. Now, I want to total elite so bad I dream about it. Better sleep, better nutrition, better everything.
3) Newfound vigor in workouts. See #2.
4) Self programming. Before my coach dictated my training cycles. Now, it's more of a collaborative effort.

Something containing protein

pre-WO:
whole what pasta or some other decent carb source
banana

post WO:
whey isolate w/waxy maize

Dinner:
Steak, lots of it
2-3 servings of veggies

Before bed:
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
Fish oil

Allowing myself 5 cheat meals per week.
