This is my second try at a log. First one just couldn't stay dedicated to writing after the first day.

Goal: Get as strong as possible and increase my hang clean for my last year of high school football.

high pulls from hang position: 98 lbs.; 5x8, 40% max clean

I was a tight end and D-end. You only play one way because you don't like defense or your coach doesn't let people play both ways?

The only time I left the field was kickoff. I fucking miss football so much.

last year I only played one way but it could be a possibility I play both since I'm going to be one of the stronger kids on the team. I just need to work on my conditioning also so I'm able to do it no problem.

today was an off day but had weightlifting for football so did some light snatches, some running, and impressed people with my 95 lb one hand barbell snatch. lul

hang clean to front squat: 155 lbs.; 5x5 60% max clean
Romanian deadlifts: 175 lbs.; 3x10
dumbbell overhead squat: 50 lbs. 3x5 each hand

worked up to max Deadlift of 475 today. I don't feel this is my true max, I let my friend use the platform for cleans. 500 will be coming up in the very near future. : D
