Rotator Cuff Strengthening

155xFAIL couldn't clean it.

Deadlifts:

135x1
155x1
205x1
215x1
225x5

Bas Rutten All around workout

6 rounds

I felt like I needed an ass kicking after failing to get 155 up for squats. I'm thinking it's definitely time for a squat rack. Having to clean and press every set makes OHP's seems harder and harder.

Failure

Last night really broke me. Not being able to get 155 up after 3 tries I was just screaming mad. I'm beginning to see that there will always be times like this, and it's not these times themselves but what I do after them that will determine my success. I'm the type of person that gets a mental block once I can't do something and the mental block is always much harder to get past than the physical part. Hopefully it's a small hurdle and will be a distant afterthought after my next session.

Edit: I just looked back and 155 is actually the most I've tried so far, I hadn't ever done it before so it could just be that 155 is my breaking point right now, we'll see.
