Thanks for the comments on my log. I agree it's nice to read about other people lifting around my level. Some of the other guys' big numbers are motivating but hard to relate to. I'm in Toronto, Ontario. Good luck with your shoulder rehab.

Rotator cuff strengthening

Deadlifts:

135x1x1
185x1x1
205x1x1

My back seems to hurt the day after deadlifts now, I'll have to take a look at my form as I assume that's where the problem is.

2 Months

So since I'm just about 2 months into logging my workouts, and I'm bored at work, I figured I'd take a look back and see how I've progressed and what I think of my goals.

There's no doubt that in the past 2 months I've gotten stronger. And what's even better is that I feel like I'm stronger than the numbers I'm lifting, I'm just taking my time to get there. Hopefully I can get 2 full strength workouts a week from now on, getting a squat rack would no doubt help. And while it's not a bad thing that I have to clean and press every weight I want to squat, I'm stating to notice it affecting my endurance.

As far as goals go, I can see myself meeting my deadlifting goal easily in the next few months, as long as my shoulder is good my bench goal is really close and granted I get a squat rack I would think that they aren't going to be far off either. My only concern is that I haven't really lost any weight, which is really my own fault, I need to add more cardio into every week. So I guess that would be one thing I need to tweak and incorporate.

MMA training is fairly non-existent right now. I had planned on starting Muay Thai and BJJ again this month but am practically broke so that will have to wait until next month. For now I'll continue trying to get in at least one Bas workout a week until I'm back to training 2-3 times a week.
