DAY2:
-Off. No particular reason just wanted a break.

DAY3:
-Morning: Short hill circuit 35min. 8 uphill sprints.

-Evening: Paraestra. Some striking. Alot of very good grappling.

DAY4:
-Weights:
Deads up to 5x230lbs (first time I lifted anything over 100kgs in my life - that I remember of).
Pullups up to 5x45lbs
SOHP 4x5 at 105lbs.
Wife came too today and actually did some work. We had a big icecream later to celebrate my 100kg-plus lift and her first real workout.

Didn't know you were going anywhere? Maybe it's just my crappy memory.
But sure just give me a shout.
Btw I'll be fighting in 1.5 months so I'll cut my weight sessions to 1 a week. I'll still be in the gym for other stuff tho. I'm still thinking of the details.

Holy crap!
Got a torn rib cartilage today, AGAIN!! This time one the right.
This will put me completely out of action probably for 2 weeks. In any case grappling is out for at least a MONTH!!
I`m afraid I`ll have to pull out of the fight. Do I have the guts to do that? I never pulled out of a fight. Could never bring mysef to do that.
I need to speak to Nakai sensei.

I'm a part-time cook in an Italian restaurant. Trying to change to temp work tho. More flexibility, more money...
Btw, this injury means I'll probably have to be on the shelf till the new year.
That sucks to no end!

Back to training! I couldn't wait more than a week.
The plan is to concentrate on strenght an conditioning till I can grapple again. May join the new MT gym from next week tho.
Anyway today I did:
5x5 Zercher DL @110lbs
5x5 OH squat @ 80lbs
5x10 Dips @ bodyweight.

Easy work today but I still felt it quite a bit. Maybe I'm not used to these lifts? Or did 1 week off turn me into an unfit bastard?
I want to do more of these 3 lifts. Especially dips where my poor shoulder flexibility caused me some problems.
