none really. i haven't even been going to muay thai class in order to have more energy and focus for jiu-jitsu.

i sorta miss hitting mitts and sparring, but i would rather trade the energy and effort for success in grappling.

AM

Jiu-Jitsu (nogi)
  • Basic wrestling sitout from sprawled opponent - focus on really through the elbow back and sitting out HARD
  • Attacks from the back

Rolling

Just a few new guys there but I got to work my half guard sweeps from the seminar a bit more as well as attacks from the back.

PM

  • Wrestling sitout from failed shot
  • Taking the back
  • Attacks from the back

Rolled with almost everybody. Most people are wise to my half guard>sweep>pass>north-south>kimura game that I play against pretty much everybody. Gotta start working more closed guard and new attacks from sidemount, mount and north-south.
