don't think its happening unless my knee feels great tomorrow morning... whenever I squat down, it's VERY sore from practicing kneebars the other night. I still may do the BW Deads challenge with tabata pullups and pushups as a finisher.

GPP / Conditioning

3 rounds:
10 x 135# Front Squat
25 x Jumping Pullups

Goal Time: 3:15
Actual Time: 2:19

2k row for time: 7:15 (Goal: 7:20)

Estimated 15 min. - Drive over to Jiu-Jitsu... won't be a PR, but still good

Jiu-Jitsu (nogi)

Went through a bunch of fun moves and basics for some new guys:
Guillotine>Triangle
Escaping north-south

Rolling:

4x4min. rounds (no breaks)
5min. break
3x4min. rounds

I felt amazing today. Even after doing conditioning, I felt excellent rolling. Thanks again conditioning forum.
3x4min. rounds

Strength Maintenance / Huff Rows

ME Squat
3x135
3x185
3x245
2x295
1x315.. 15lb. PR
4x225
8x185
15x135

Huff Rows (DB)
25/25 x 105
50/50 x 65

Cable Crunches (20, 20)
MB Slams (2x50)

CoC1: 5 x 80% closes, 5xforced close

Notes: Squat felt great.. knee still stiff so lots of warmup with lunges, and oh squats. The Huff rows are my ripoff on 'Kroc' rows. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D7jAIdoORxI Great test of mental strength and physical endurance. Used straps so I could do CoC stuff later.

Dumb Workout

ME Bench (unplanned)
5x135
3x185
3x215
3x215
2x215
1x225
1x225
0x235
1xpissed-off

DB Turkish Getups (1x25, 1x45, 1x60)
BB Russian Twist (15x25, 15x25, 10x50, 10x50)

Notes: Annoying workout. I really could’ve done more functional stuff but I wasted a lot of time on the bench. Should’ve done a corner BB press instead of bench anyways. Knee is still bothering me.

Challenge What?

200# Deadlift x 72 in 5:00

GMs, stretching, foam roller

Notes: Went to the gym furious this morning, managed to get through my warmup walk/run and mobility stuff before doing the challenge.

Jiu-Jitsu

Worked takedowns and setups
Overhook to leg sweep and ankle pick
Fireman's carry

Rolling

Wrestled with everybody there. Made a 'tough guy' puke because I wouldn't let him quit. Fun night, but not too difficult.
