3xCrossFit Warmup (15sec. stretch, 10bw dips, 5 pullups, 10 Overhead Squat with broomstick, 10 Sit-up, 10 Back-extension)
Filthy 50
- 50x box jumps
- 50x jumping pullups
- 50x db swings 35#
- 50x walking lunges
- 5x knees to elbows, 50x bicycle crunches
- 50x push press 45#
- 50x back extensions
- 50x wall ball 30#DB
- 5x burpees, 45x squat thrusts
- 50x double-unders
Notes: Some day forgetting my gym card and realizing it halfway there and driving back home to find it, not finding it, and wasting an hour of my morning... won't matter because my power rack will be occupying half of my 2 car garage and i'll never have to go to globo gym ever again. Doing this thing at lunch today.
Notes 2: Not done as recommended, but I had a limited amount of time before the next gym class came in. Nothing like a bunch of 9th graders to make you change from burpees to squat thrusts. Also I need to start working on my knees to elbows... my abs are NOT strong. Decent endurance, but not strong.
