GPP:
**Modified "No Excuses" from
Never Gymless**
4 Rounds (60sec, 45sec, 30sec, 15sec)- Burpees
- BB Row (95#)
- Squats
- Pushups
- 100x kneeling ab rollouts (I'm loving these and I'm starting to develop a very thick and diesel looking core... griffin-esque big)

Massive does not begin to describe this man
Notes: No rest between exercises. I NEED to buy
Never Gymless because right now Infinite Intensity really isn't giving me what I want as the vast majority of the lifting in it revolves around things that I can't do due to location or equipment.
More-Notes: Took too much rest between exercises. I guess that's what having average 6hrs. of sleep for a week, and just eating a 3-4lb. burrito and easily 3.5 cups of salsa right before the workout will do. excuse me, i have to puk.
