GPP:

5 rounds:

30 sec. burpees
30 sec. jumping jacks
30 sec. split jumps
30 sec. burpees
30 sec. jumping jacks
30 sec. mountain climbers

the hardest part is getting started.

after doing my first day of teaching at a new school where we work 7:30-4:30 (that's right.. 9 hours) and then I have more shit to do at home later.. I think I may have to cut back the jiu-jitsu. Temporary plans mean switching to kickboxing to stay in the gym two times a week and then doing Infinite Intensity on my off days. Had to take a nap and no way do I have time for a 2-3 hours jiu-jitsu practice tonight.

Nice reminder for myself of the combo that Sakurai took out Pulver with (and to try working it)

Wasn't feeling a run today. Ran about 150 5lb. textbooks up three flights of stairs to my classroom today. Yikes. Way too exhausted to work out. Rest day and getting ready for the school year.
