Way to start a log.

Your diet needs some serious work. Head over to the D&S forum and check out the FAQ.

My first impression is you need A LOT more food. You're a big guy and you're eating like a bird.

I'll check it out but I set this diet up using something awful's watch and weight. The calories are at something like 3300. I should be able to maintain my current weight if I continue to eat at this level. Plus, money's tight cause I go to school in NYC. Oh, also, girlish figure and all that.

BTW, thanks for the input. It may come off like a bunch of stupid excuses to avoid listening to what you say, but I am going to check out the forum you recommended.

I had a tough time reading your upper body section.. may want to check some other logs and organize it in an easier to read way. Your squats and DL's looked pretty good tho

I looked around a little bit and noticed that most other people do their workouts by exercise, whereas i do mine in a pretty random superset kind of way. If you have any suggestions on how to format this, let me know.
