Just got home from the gym. Our teacher was out tonight so he had his friend step in and teach class.

We didnt really go into anything new do to that reason. We just went over what we were doing the class before for side control. Defending the elbow escape and working in some sweeps and just trying to get our partners in gaurd really. Everything felt good tonight, i was working everything slow at first and then decreasing my pauses later on like kaboom suggested.(thanks by the way)

After class i hit the gym with a friend since woogie decided to be a bitch and just stay in and sleep tonight.

Squats
5x55
6x75
5x115

Lunges
5x55
5x65
7x65

Front squats
5x65
5x75
8x75

I tried to work as hard as possible tonight. My friend Robin who is big into lifting pushed me a lot and i did as many reps as i could for the last bit.
