I've been reading the S&P forums for awhile and thought I should probably start a log...
I've had a lot of exams for school, so haven't been able to lift properly (only like once a week for the last few weeks) but they're finished now! So I think I should get to some proper lifting and keep a record of it so I can see myself get stronger...
Height: 186cm (6'2")
Weight: 91kg (200lb) (8/9/09), was about 95 (208) but lost a few with the flu
Age: 18
Location: Sydney, Australia
Started Lifting: February this year to get bigger + stronger for rugby
My current best lifts (8 September 2009)
Squat: 200kg (440lb) with half suit (wide stance suit, not mine) + knee wraps + belt
Bench Press: 125kg (275lb) (Curse you long arms) - 135kg Shirted (fuckall carryover due to those same arms)
Deadlift: 230kg (506lb) with belt
Look forward to watching myself get stronger and becoming a better athlete!
