Leave Your Pussy at Home

I've been reading the S&P forums for awhile and thought I should probably start a log...

I've had a lot of exams for school, so haven't been able to lift properly (only like once a week for the last few weeks) but they're finished now! So I think I should get to some proper lifting and keep a record of it so I can see myself get stronger...

Height: 186cm (6'2")
Weight: 91kg (200lb) (8/9/09), was about 95 (208) but lost a few with the flu
Age: 18
Location: Sydney, Australia
Started Lifting: February this year to get bigger + stronger for rugby

My current best lifts (8 September 2009)

Squat: 200kg (440lb) with half suit (wide stance suit, not mine) + knee wraps + belt
Bench Press: 125kg (275lb) (Curse you long arms) - 135kg Shirted (fuckall carryover due to those same arms)
Deadlift: 230kg (506lb) with belt

Look forward to watching myself get stronger and becoming a better athlete!

Welcome to the logs

you may also want to list your personal stats(height, weight, age ect)

Bench

5x60
2x4x72.5
1x85 - was meant to be 4 (190lb) (shoulder started screaming at me from a previous injury i haven't quite fixed)

Squat
5x60
5x90
2x5x110
3x5x125 (275lb)

Shoulder started hurting again and I was feeling just generally shitty... so I stopped there...

Ah jesus you americans! ok I'll get conversions up... gonna get good at multiplying stuff by 2.2 if i keep a log i guess hey!

Thanks Corrosion. Captain Kirk is a big inspiration to me.

Today's WOD, just did some DB rows at home because I had a bit of a busy day.

DB Rows

40x10 each side
40x14 each side
40x12 each side

what a great pump... lol

Squat

Worked up to:
5sets of 3x155kg squats with wraps

wraps throw off my form because my hips are unsupported... i think i need to either train with just a belt, or a squat suit and wraps.
