I've made about 10 of these damn logs. I'll keep this one as long as I can.

Goals: not be as fat as I am now.
BF: around 15%. I will get this tested soon using the "Bod Pod".

DB Incline Bench:
55x12, 65x6
BB Incline Bench:
115x10, 115x10
Forearm dowell thing:
10lbsx2 forward, 2 backward

* 6 reps total, but 2 had spots
** directly after 225 set, no rest

Cardio:
level 10 on bike for 5 miles (12 min)

Notes:
I was fried for this workout because my whole body is pretty sore. I'm going to take the weekend off except for skiing Saturday.

Diet: don't eat hashbrowns with breakfast, fat ass.

I'm definitely not doing the pan ams, as I am out of shape and broke. Depending on my finances and shit, I may do the worlds. Either way, I'll be heading down to california this summer anyway, so I'll try to plan it around the Worlds and compete in that.

My jits is pretty damn bad right now, though. I have only been going once to twice a week because of school and stuff.

Didn't do shit in the gym. A friend was in town and he just wanted to show off that he could do BW+90 for a pullup.

1.2 mile in 10:20 (treadmill)

Notes:
grip was fucking shot by end of the superset. I could barley hold the bar for the curls. Diet is fine today. Shitty yesterday because of superbowl. Going to go to BJJ this week hopefully.

Notes:
Diet was pretty shitty over the weekend due to several family functions. Mostly, it was the whiskey that caught up to me. Played basketball 3 times since my last post...great workout. Also got a 30 min nogi and 30 min gi BJJ session at the old gym...wrestled with a few purple belts and a blue belt. Diet isn't too bad as I am starting to find a few healthier things to eat here and there on campus.

For the squats, I am doing 10 sets of 10 reps. Each workout, I will add 20 pounds for 2 sets within the 10x10. So today, I did the 135x8 and 155x2. Next time, I will do 135x6 and 155x4.
