Had a lot of post nasal drip all day so was going to just rest, but Chase fired me up to do some training.
Haven't been updating lately because work and various circumstances have kept me away from training seriously, but I will start updating again.
Warm up: leg swings, bent over calf raises, arm circles, arm crosses, unweighted presses.
Jump rope intervals 30/45, average reps 62.
Cool down: ankle suff.
