Strongman Training
warmed up with some 200 lb atlas stone lifts
Then went and did log press, 100x5, 150x2.5, 150x1, cleaned 190.
250 lb atlas stone. Even though I had done it before I couldn't get it high enough so I tried tacky. It was painful and gross, but it made the stone go up way easier. Loaded it 3 or 4 times.
Yoke: walked back and forth down the street with 300 a few times, then about 400 a few times, then tried lifting it with 570 but couldn't walk. Tried to stand up with about 670 but only one side would raise, probably due to the uneven road.
Farmers-Did a run of 200 lb.

I think catching the bar is easier if you're not in the lunge position. and dont you need to stand up to start the next rep anyways?

Boxing
I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing, but I wrapped my wrists, put on my gloves, and whacked at the bag in the gym at my work. Worked on jabs and crosses, neither of which I know how to do properly. I was focusing on punching straight, trying to throw my hips into it, not bashing my hands, and keeping my latent hand near my face. Did this for about 20 minutes.
