Had a dream that I snatch grip cleans 225 lb.

Then I realized that I forgot to snatch it so I went back to gym and end up in some auditorium around a frozen swimming pool watching some play about Greek mythology. Then at the end I jumped in the water and I got kicked out and I said it was the worst month ever and this guy nearby said "What about Jamaica?"

Attempted 1 legged DLs:
185 lb. Got one with my left down, then failed on both legs a few times, then got the left one almost up once or twice more. The problem is balance.

Complex: BORx5 shitcleanx1 thrusterx5 CHINSx3
95 lb, one minute (or so) rests, with water.
Couldn't do the chins on the last set

Attempted GHR on extension stand: ow this completely pulled my calf muscles. I don't think that machine is built for that. Or I just suck.

Weightlifting class, did snatches up to 60 kg. I'm getting better at the extension thing but I'm landing too hard.
Then I did 5 pistols each leg on the hack squat macine.

My elbow hurts. Is there something I can take that will make that go away?

Try taking motrin. It has an anti-inflamatory and pain reliever in it.

That was the hardest squat ever. I came to a full stop in the quarter squat position for what I can objectively estimate to be twelve minutes. Then I let out huge yell and finished the lift, then apologized for yelling, then racked it. I probably could have done it two weeks ago, but I mastered it psychologically this time. I did these all with no belt. I'm not used to squatting in one, so I think wearing one just messes me up.

ATG Front squats 135x3

Did sets of 10, ~15 and ~5 knee based rollouts, supersetted with some chins.

Tried contrast showering. Hot water stings.

I will try to match it next week...but I will be wearing a belt...maybe knee wrap for left leg...dont know yet...
