Very nice squatting! Clean grip hurt my wrists pretty badly at first as well, but after doing them for a while they don't hurt anymore.

My friend's housemate kept flirtingly punching me in the gut today so I took her down from the clinch and mounted her. She was distressed that she could potentially be raped really easily. Tonight my legs and groin were still sore from Thursday's squatfest.

Start stretching. I am the most inflexible person ever but over the years lifting made me more flexible. You're supposed to go down to parallel to the floor with your chest in the GMs. Try taking a wider stance. I go as wide on GMs as I do on my power squats(WIDE).

What pussy towerl are u using that it's ripping? I suggest try gettting a climbing rope from Home Depot....more uses for it...while doing chins/pulls

Just the treadmill-washing rags they have in a basket at the gym. I put one in each hand and threw them around a bar.

Where are your elbows pointed? if your not already try pointing them out in front of you and not straight down, that transfers the weight to your shoulders, improves your balance and saves the wrists.

Yeah I think that's it. My elbows were hitting my thighs at the bottom.

On another note, I forgot to buy corned beef hash at the grocery store today. Cottage cheese too.
