WC101 today with these changes:

4 pull-ups instead of 5.
Sledgehammering instead of medicine ball slams.
8 burpees instead of 15.

Switched to seven burpees on sets 8-10.
Switched to chin-ups on sets 9 and 10.

Socializing:
Thanks, FATKID. I checked your log soon after I came back. I see you're getting close to the Gorilla goals. Of course you seemed pretty close at the start from my LW point of view.

Logging:
Got out of work late Friday and had to drive home. Ran out of time to work out. Parents were visiting this weekend and had to work on the house. More of the same Saturday. Kept intending to get out for a workout until they called and let me know they were close.

Sooo, finally got one in today. WC101 modified:

Sets 1-5:
3x tire flips
10x sledge swings
7xburpees
20 jumping jacks

Sets 10-11:
4 pull-ups
10x sledge swings
7xburpees
20 jumping jacks

I guess I was a little loopy after the tenth set and I confused myself with someone in good shape. I did another round.

Other stuff:
Pissed at the moment. I don't get to see the Dropkick Murphys when they come to Austin. I'll be in Vegas. Damnit.

Thinking about signing up tomorrow for MMA training at a place I checked out recently. The only question is if I have the money. I feel like I'm bleeding cash lately.
