Beginning to question the girlfriend's intensity. Tonight she said, "I like bench the best. You get to lay down for bench."

Bench felt good tonight. The other stuff felt hard. My hopes for a "newbie burst" on legs are waning. I guess I'm going to have to work for it.

Bench:
5x95
5x115
5x135
5x155
5x210

Squat:
5x45
5x115
5x180
5x180
5x180
5x180
5x180

Dynamic Rows:
5x135
5x180
5x180
5x180
5x180
5x180

The GF opted out tonight. I got bored with the five minute rests so I did my upper body lifts during my lower body lift rest periods so the write-up is going to look all wacky. I think I'll probably do Wednesdays this way from now on. It sure makes it quicker.

Good job on the PR. Looks like your 5 lbs. shy of you goal. Do you use a staggered stance on those?

Thanks! I use a normal stance. I am pretty sure I can do better than this. I should have 160 soon. I really need to test this lift more regularly. This week I am working out if it kills me. And it really might. I have been hacking up the nastiest shit for about a week now.

Repeated the last Wednesday workout I did just to try and get back into the swing of things. I am still fucking sick. It went from being a cold to being a sinus infection to a chest cold now. WTF??? Five day antibiotics didn't work. Nothing really helped with the symptoms. Medicines tried: Mucinex, Robitussin CF, Tylenol Cold And Flu, Benadryl, Sudafed, Theraflu. Grrrr . . . I think I need to try and line up a bout between this virus and Fedor.

Anyway . . .
