Been 6 weeks since I did any conditioning. I tried a modified WC101 against my better judgment. Yesterday, I didn't sleep enough and spent all day on my feet at some sort of crazy Austin festival.
Rounds 1-3:
3 tire flips
10 sledgehammer swings
10 burpees
25 jumping jacks
Rounds 4-5:
3 tire flips
10 sledgehammer swings
8 burpees
25 jumping jacks
Rounds 6-8:
5 chin-ups
10 sledgehammer swings
8 burpees
20 jumping jacks
I only made it through 8 rounds. I probably would have made 10 if I had started with 8 burpees and 20 jumping jacks. I'll need to work up to 10 burpee rounds again. Oh well, it wasn't too bad and now I know where I stand conditioning-wise.
