Been thinking a lot about my shitty squat and deadlift. I squat slightly less than I did when I weighed 120 pounds in high school. I DL 10 pounds more. This is unacceptable.
Heavily considering starting squats and milk tomorrow to remedy this problem. I am becoming a bit Bama-ish though on my routines. However, I won't be able to skill train effectively due to some scheduling problems in the next month. So I think it's a great time for a hardcore 4 week program.
