I was tiiiired today and goofy. I was gonna do some light ATG squats for technique. I kinda forgot I was still working out though. I didn't even realize I hadn't finished the squats until about 20 minutes later.

Been thinking a lot about my shitty squat and deadlift. I squat slightly less than I did when I weighed 120 pounds in high school. I DL 10 pounds more. This is unacceptable.

Heavily considering starting squats and milk tomorrow to remedy this problem. I am becoming a bit Bama-ish though on my routines. However, I won't be able to skill train effectively due to some scheduling problems in the next month. So I think it's a great time for a hardcore 4 week program.

Recently, my garage got all arachnophobia-ed. An egg sac hatched and there's tiny fucking spiders everywhere. Had to brush one off my head before squats today. Then I had to kill a couple wasps. Can't beat that shit for building mental toughness.
