Monday - October 20th
Jogged down to the oval, did 8 sprints (20 second sprints) across the oval, rested till my heart rate dropped enough to comfortably run at 100% again. jog/walked back home. Good workout got the heartrate up instead of having my legs fatigued.
Stretched out, did butterfly, pidgeon pose, some rubber guard stretches, and the splits. In about 2 months I should be back to a full split if I don't slack with the stretching.

Tuesday October 21st
Did a 20 minute LSD ride on the stationary bike, shins were hurting a bit probably need to ice them before I run again.
Saw my doctor, he said he thinks I have ripped part of the tendon that holds down these nerves in my elbow, and that this is what is making my elbow pop (which is actually the nerve shifting back and forth) he says there is nothing that can be done but if it were to become worse, and the nerve rolls around to the front they have to cut into my forearm and re-attach it surgically, this would put me out of any weights/grip/BJJ for 6 months. It is not at this point thankfully.
In 3 weeks if the pain is still there though he says he will give me a cortisone steroid shot to relieve the inflamation/pain. I will see where it is at in 3 weeks after exams.

Wed - no cardio, feel weak. Got some cough mixture to help this congestion.
Did some light grip work on my left hand, heavy singles on my right hand. And some light wrist roller at 10kg, my sports doctor said to get easy on it, so.
getting close on the stretches.
