Does it rain in Brisbane? I thought Aus gets about 350 sunny days a year or something crazy, no?

brisbane gets a fair bit of rain. Been raining the last week here pretty frequently. we have winter, and the other seasons. It's a bit of a shock for me since I am from Darwin, where we have only summer, and then for 4 months we get tropical cyclone weather, but it's still hot and humid.

Brisbane is very annoying, one day it will be cold in the morning, burning hot later in the day then cold again at night. It's rather odd.

Tuesday - October 14th

Fartklek run session around the neighbourhood. Went to do tabata sprints on the oval but the rugby team was training. Found another oval nearby i didnt know existed, with hot chicks sunbaking, very nice. Went for about 20 mins but maybe only 10 was really running. Forced myself to sprint up a fair few hills.

MRI on my elbow/arm tommorow, yay.

Wednesday - did 1 set of tabata sprints on the gay exercise bike in my apartment building. Legs fatigued before lungs did, gay. Need to do them on the exercise bikes at Uni if I want anything out of it. Finished it up with a 16 minute ride, for a total of 20 mins LSD.

Arm hurts. Got my MRI today though.

Pussy. Running in the rain is quite possibly the best thing one can do with their pants on.

hahaha I get the cold easily enough without bringing it upon myself :p

Thursday - 16th October

Went for a tabata sprint session, did 1-2 minutes of 4, then felt sick. Note to self, DO NOT go eat spicy korean food then decide to go running later in the day. Ran up some massive hill then walked it off and went home. Mind was on other things.

Friday - 17th October

Jogged to the oval 3 minutes, then did tabata sprints for 2 mins, then back and forth sprints across the oval, 20 seconds to one side, rest, then back to the other side. Did about 4-5 times. Took about ~15 mins.

Came back, found the rachelle leah playboy pics on the forum. :-) good day so far LOL
