I think cutting the rice is a good idea, I've found personally that my bodyfat didn't get real low until my only carbohydrate sources were fruits/vegetables and my PWO drink.

yeah I never used to eat rice. Then I went on a carb cycling diet and based off recommendations in a spreadsheet WhiteLightning put together it recommended I increase my carbs on my workout days. We'll see how it goes.

5*Bar
5*32.5kg
5*40kg
3*47.5kg
-----
5*52.5kg
5*60kg
15*67.5kg (was aiming for 16 (to beat my estimated 1RM during my Wave 3 of Cycle 1. Was just not focused. I should have gotten the 16th but had my spotter take the bar, it was just grinding up. Breathing was off. Form went to shit. i ended up looking at the bar instead of looking at a spot on the roof or something. gayness.
Will thoroughly kick the shit out of it next week in Wave 2...!
-----
5*10*45kg
BOR
5*10*62.5kg (I might start mucking around with the microloading on these, but not sure. I was just gonna increase it 2.5kg each new cycle (each month) since its just accessory work.
Squats tommorow.

Tuesday May 5th
Legs tired. Everything felt heavy. Bleh. I guess the run on Sunday didn't help.
5/3/1 - Cycle 2 - Wave 1 Squat (112.5kg)
5*Bar
5*45kg
5*55kg
3*67.5kg
-----
5*72.5kg
5*85kg
13*95kg (was aiming for 16 (to beat my estimated 1RM during my Wave 3 of Cycle 1) Legs just didnt have it today. Think the running contributed. It might be a bit much to want to do 4 day split, and run twice a week. I'd like to see if I can drop fat just from cleaning my diet up as much as I can. I know i'll build lean muscle either way. I just want to look as strong as I am (which isn't much, but still).
Estimated 1RM = 137.5kg
I might just stick to the 4 days of lifting, 2 days of grip, and leave it at that for now. I feel if I sprint tomorrow, then deadlift on Friday, my legs will just not have the power I want to get the reps I want.
-----
5*10*62.5kg
Weighted Incline Situps
5*10*+15kg
Rest / Grip work tomorrow. Grippers only takes half an hour which is good I need to get alot of homework done.

foz you dirty cheater, i bet you can bench the same as me too... 67.5 for 15 reps sounds like it'd be hard for me since i only got 60 for 20.

Every time I come to this log I'm glad I have a unit converter on my cell phone. That way I can see how much superior Foz is to me

mate honestly both of my presses are shocking. I think the last week I did Starting Strength it was 3*5*85 or 87.5kg, and that was hard to improve on each week without eating a truckload. But I was just getting my form down too. I find it hard to sustain form on these long sets of like 10 or more.
wait. why am I cheating?/??

Cheating because you're lying about how little you can lift!
Those reps sound in line with my 1RMs... Seriously, during your deload week try for a PR on each lift!

it wouldn't be a deload then would it? I'm thinking I might go for a dead PR this week, or week 3 of deads. Maybe 200, or 210.
