I did a cycle of over the counter antiinflamatories, but I dont think it was swollen, more just muscle strain. The excerpt from Starting Strength I posted previously (maybe page prior) is exactly what I was doing wrong and the exact pain I'm experiencing.

I've just upped the dosage of my fish oil a bit, and taken 2 weeks so far off. It's gotten a bit better, but not alot.

I've been thinking of adding a simple set of curls/tricep work in every odd week just to help so I don't tear a bicep on anything, I mean, you can do it on a deadlift, a farmer walk, anything really.

Thursday 9th October

Went for some sprints again, gassed out earlier than usual. Muscles were a bit sore, not quite used to sprinting all the time but got my heart rate up. Throat was full of mucus so coughed up a big chunk of it in front of this mother smoking while her kid was playing on the swings. XD

俺の日記 ー 今日、二十分間 自転車をのりました。まあまあ workoutですね 。 cardioが上げようとしました。

I rode the bike for about 20 mins, kept the intentisty moderate. My legs fatigued out before my lungs really did, which is shit. I want the cardio >_>; I tried raising my cardio. (this is not a literal translation of the ***)

Cheers to sonny for the routine... i haven't done any grip since i hurt my elbow/bicep. I tend to neglect my other side when I'm injured, like my left elbow is the one giving me trouble, but I don't think "hey u can still do grip on right side". Will keep training, it didn't hurt to do it today so far.

Wrist roller

Foreward

4*18.5kg
2*18.5kg
1-1.5*18.5kg
1*18.5kg

Backward

5*18.5kg
7*18.5kg (think its time to get more weight)
5-or more stopped counting*18.5kg
4-5ish*18.5kg

skipped cardio, hungry~

saw the doc, told me he wanted me to get an MRI, doing that wednesday, then see him next tuesday. It's mostly looking like a tiny tear or a strain in my elbow joint/possibly into the bicep too. He is not happy as it has loosened the elbow and it just pops out if I straighten it.

Will just keep running/grip training until I know more.
