just about 1000km/s over getting a service, was due ages ago. The fuckwits serviced it and I was complaining the battery needs to be replaced as it's having trouble starting up now, and they are like 'oh, yeah you did note that but it still works' so they didnt replace the battery. lol I don't think it's that good, but thanks. I want to pull 200kg comfortably before I'm happy. =S I think my 1RM would be 190kg by now without too much effort.

190kg seems plenty big to me. I think I'm going to have to figure out room for a third lifting day a week to make the progress I want. Which means JJ and Weights on the same day ouch.

Foz,

I tried to tease you asking what you meant in your comment on my log. I was immediately accosted by two goons with axes to grind and told simultaneously that I wasn't being positive enough toward League, that my arguments against it were boring, and that I was being whiny. It was hilarious. I think the last time I said anything about league before then had been a week ago or more, and I even addressed you personally when I made my obviously nonserious joke.

hand still has the stitches in it but I can grip a bar. I am a bit worried about the stitches going BLAH when I deadlift tommorow... but we'll see. I have a party to go to (friends 21st b-day) so, hopefully they don't have any issues with them as I'll lift in the morning.
