yeah I am at Uni, so exams are all over the place when PanPacs are on. Nothing is ever set in stone, I belieeve it was a week after my exams ended last year, which means that week I have exams is pretty much all study and no time to train.

Nah I only just started BJJ again after a 3-4 year lay off with ankle/knee surgery amongst other things in my life.

decided to not run today, i keep walking and getting pain in the back of my left knee, and it likes locks up a little and feels tight. I'll keep icing it this week so I can get back to proper training next week after stitches come out.

Friday April 17th

Worked out tonight, after consulting with a friend who is a nurse who said if I think the stitches wont break to go workout. So I did.

5/3/1 - Wave 2 SOHP (57.25kg)

Shoulder dislocations w/ broomstick*20

5*Bar
5*22.5kg
5*27.5kg
3*35kg

3*40kg (forgot it was 3/3/3 Today, BLAH)
3*45kg
9*52.5kg (was aiming for 10*52.5kg so wasn't happy)
(racked the bar, waited 30 seconds, said fuck this grrr)

Was shit how big the drop was on the 3rd set. Was very happy i got a set of 10 off the bat, I could of done more but was aiming for 10 so I stopped. Want to do 5*10

That's all for today. Its midnight, I went out for dinner with some friends, just got home, and now I have to get up in 5 hours and take my scooter in for servicing, then go hang out with some friends in the city ALL day. Fuck, I am gonna be fucked tommorow. Need more sleep.

Nyce job on that set of 9. "hang out with some friends in the city" what are you talking about?! Brisbane doesn't HAVE a city buddy!

I'm following 5/3/1 mate. I can hook you up with some reading material on it if you'd like. Team Dragonfire uses it as well as a few other people, and judging by the fact we have similiar goals (weightlifting for BJJ purposes) I thought it might be fun to go on the program for the next year or so.

i got 5 hours sleep, ugh I need moar. MOAR!~!!!

oh and dude, there is this Almond/Brazil Nut/other nut spread in the health food section of coles... f__k that stuff is nice. Get some if you get time.

1) Nice progress. And YES, you will forget that you are large and strong looking after you see yourself in the mirror every day. Others will not get used to it and will constantly remind you. It's nice.
2) Will you call off your boyfriend goons in the League thread? BWAHAHAHA. I tried to find you on that thread to return obvious teasing, but I should have known they'd take every single tiny thing personally.
