You know thats what is funny. I had a scar there from when I actually did punch a window lol, it was like 6 years ago now. And the ONE spot i managed to whack against the ceramic soap holder thing, was the scar, so it just split all the more easily.
I wish I had a cool story like 'I punched a guy and they had to remove his teeth from my fist' and not 'I got pwnt by a ceramic soap holder in my shower'.... 
Such is life I guess haha.

they do, but the weather here is shit and I'm thinking it might be the good oppourtunity to get my knee better, I hurt it at BJJ (it slammed into the mat as I was trying to pass the guard) and its been getting worse.
But yeah, I'm very accident prone. A couple of my mates had nicknamed me 'sick note' for a while...

I'm not sure how many damn miles I logged during my sholder rehab but I think I may have spawned a child with the treadmill since I was on top of it so much.

Yeah, I could use the running in all honesty to get my diet and cardio back on track. But in the big picture my knee needs some rest, and I have alot of work to do. Like today, I did absolutely crap all, not good for my studies >_>
