yeah my guests are doing Kakadu today and come back Saturday arvo. I've already seen it when I was little so its a bit meh for me, I'm sure i'd enjoy it providing it doesnt cost $300 bucks to do the tour they wanna do, so I skipped that.
Bodyweight today is about 90kg, dont know if that was from the terrible pizza that I ate last night (deep pan, tasted like shit). I got like pizza reflux when I was squatting, lots of fun hahaha. I did up my caloric intake a bit with 1 more scoop of whey, and 2 cups of milk a day now, so. Maybe I need to look at that as I want to compete at <85kg when I get back in March. But i found it hard to make gains without eating a whole lot more...

Felt good, but challenging. I love the 3 sets, as apposed to 5x5 I was doing with stronglifts. I just felt mentally fucked after that many repetitions.

Was happy I got all 3x5 out, can finally start adding onto my bench. I was stalled at 75kg on 5x5 for a long time between injuries and sickness. Want to get into the 80's before I start competiting. And possibly a BW bench in a few months.
