I think the outline is I do 3 days of the deload at 60kg, then progressively load on from there. My bench has been progressively getting worse, stalling at 72.5kg, so it was time to do a deload.
Strange though
Stronglifts.com recommends deloading 10% of whatever you failed 5x5 at, but in his example doesn't use 10%.... who knows. I'll see how it goes.
