also, this week will be SOHP (Mon), Deadlift (Wed), and Fuck-Around-Friday (Friday... obviously)

I want to switch to a 4 day split next week for a month or two until I leave, so friday will even out the week with a random workout. So I will do some accessory work for my bench and upperbody on friday. Do some work with my elbow that I tore last year and just some random stuff, maybe grip related stuff.

Also, objective this week is to get diet back on track. Had a few cheat days the last week (chick who I kinda fancied invited me over to hang out/drink/dinner so that was take out. And then had a mates b-day BBQ today which wasn't bad until i got to the cake and M&M's)

Back on track this week. *remembers TD's diet sucks comment.* *cries himself to sleep*

Foz nothing wrong with being yourself, just cause TD outlifts, outtrains and outworks both of us combined isn't any reason to listen

nah, I wanted to get back onto my diet and get it back on track, just things pop up like, no, i'm not really going to turn down going to a chicks house who I fancy a bit, and having a few drinks and dinner with her? F__k that, the diet can suffer for a bit.

disclaimer: We're just friends though, but it's nice having another friend around. I've had some BAD women stuff go down the last few months I need a break from sex orientated women. (yeah, i cant believe im saying that either)

also, brainstorm for fridays fuck around workout!

I've got:

Grip Training (CoC work)
DB Bench / Heavy bench singles (Unsure yet, i want to do a bit, and then have the weekend to rest and start wave 2 of my 5/3/1 cycle - might be an excuse to try some heavy singles though)
DB Clean and Jerks (one arm)
DB Snatches (one arm)
tricep work for the elbow and tricep obviously
curls
maybe some lunges?

Monday October 12th

5/3/1 - Cycle 5 - Wave 1 SOHP (67.5kg)

20*shoulder dislocations w/ broomstick
5*Bar
5*30kg
3*40kg
-----
5*42.5kg
5*50kg
7*57.25kg 1RM Estimate: ~70kg still. Had the belt on, but it was too loose. I think I have been a bit bloated the time i set it up, so I'm gonna notch it one notch tighter.
4*57.25kg
-----
5*10*35kg

WEIGHTED CHINS

3*5*+18.5kg
10*BW
3*BW (messed up breathing, I was done anyway)

Going to microload on them, so aim for 3*5*+20kg in wave 3. BW Chins next week. Happy I got all 3*5 of them. They were all strict as could be.
