my eyes are not stable enough right now. I'm only 21, so, maybe in a few years they will settle down some more.

Wed - Dec 3rd
Did some bodybuilder 12-15 rep garbage. I think I may just stick to doing 2 day split at this stage since all I can really do is work my back. And it is not going to be beneficial to anything doing rows/pulldowns 3x a week. Might just go heavy on mon/fri and then do some dynamic stuff for my legs on a wednesday.
Anyways yeah did rows, pec deck, pulldowns, hammer grip on the rows/pulldowns. Abs, and then did some grippers. Getting close on the 2, havent lost anything which is good, may just need a few weeks consistent work to get over this plateau.
Did some wrist roller when I got home @20kg back/foreward.

I wasn't criticizing on the HIIT the other day, btw. Just talkin shit cause I'm ready to pass out after 4 minutes. But my focus is strength presently. I keep meaning to throw a little conditioning in but always find an excuse not to. I will be making a more dedicated effort after the DL comp is over, though.
So, basically what I'm saying is that your conditioning would kill me.

Thursday Dec 04 -
Weight 85kg after eating breakky and doing a massive dump.
Wanted to do 2x cardio today, some heavy stuff then some light riding later but time is against me. Didn't get up till 10:30am as I finished work at around 2am.
Did some 7-8x200m or so sprints on the oval. It's draining, the heat in Darwin is massively retarded. Came back and almost collapsed, just sat in the shower cooling off.

Arm still no better than before. Anxious to see the physio next week and find out exactly how doing a load of back work fixes my elbow tear... >_>
pec deck/hammer pulldowns/hammer row/abs. Then did 8 mins true tabata style HIIT, then finished with 12 mins LSD.

did some light LSD riding to keep me going. legs have been really sore. wanted to go light on the sprinting this week I think.
