Tommorrow I am gonna teach one of my friends how to lift weights. Maybe squats (if she doesn't complain of knee pain), OHP, DB/BB bench of some kind. Some fun stuff. Also pullups. I know her PT is making her do a billion shitty machines so. Gonna get her doing free weight or bodyweight stuff atleast.
I shall just fuck around and do pullups/chins, and maybe some 1arm DB cleans+press, just to show off my power in another gym lol.
