Tired as today, got 6 hours sleep, then woke up to find the plastic bottle of milk cracked and milk all over my fucking kitchen.
About the workout - moving onto box squats so I don't fuck my knees up again. Going to do them slowly and try and keep good form. I took a month off squatting because I hurt my knee doing something, and then it got worse and would buckle as I walked, so the month off from squats was needed. Was working off 112.5kg working max, so doing 90% of this now and deloading down to ~100kg.

Hands felt strong, LOTS of people asked me what the heck I was doing, as I just sat in front of the DB racks doing grip work. A few guys tried the #1.5 and failed, to which I said 'that is the easy one' and closed it in front of them. lawl.
I get a kick out of having great crush strength lol.
It looks short to me, . I have several boxes to choose from at the gym the smallest is 12" then 16" then 20" I consider the 16" box to be a parrell squat for me since the mid point of my knee is 20", the 12" is below parrell. I was curious more than anything. Those appear to break parrell from this angle.

trying to do low bar yeah, but i lack alot of shoulder flexibility, and I am not sure if i am doing it right. I need to get my copy of Starting Strength sent down to me so i can re-read it.
