- I just did whatever the percentages were from Cycle 1, so i think that was a working max of 117kg at the time. Don't know. Am gonna start light on them next week with a 100kg maximum though

Tried doing these low bar squat, it felt good but my arms feel weird. I really need to read starting strength again but I left it back home in Darwin. I need the passages on setting it up and locking it down on your back.
Used my rehband knee sleeves for the first time. They gave me a little more confidence. My knee is still a bit fucked I can feel something is not right. I am gonna start doing low box squats as my squat work now, as to stop me from bouncing up out of the whole, but hopefully this doesn't result in no stretch reflex which is very handy for getting out of the hole. It might just be 'tap ass on box, stand up, as apposed to sitting on it for a second'.
