Friday July 10th

5/3/1 - Cycle 3 - Wave 4 SOHP Deload (62.5kg) / 5/3/1 - SQUAT Deload

SOHP

20*Broomstick
5*25kg
5*30kg
5*37.5kg
-----
10*35kg

SQUAT
- I just did whatever the percentages were from Cycle 1, so i think that was a working max of 117kg at the time. Don't know. Am gonna start light on them next week with a 100kg maximum though
5*Bar
5*42.5kg
5*52.5kg
5*62.5kg
10*52.5kg

Tried doing these low bar squat, it felt good but my arms feel weird. I really need to read starting strength again but I left it back home in Darwin. I need the passages on setting it up and locking it down on your back.

Used my rehband knee sleeves for the first time. They gave me a little more confidence. My knee is still a bit fucked I can feel something is not right. I am gonna start doing low box squats as my squat work now, as to stop me from bouncing up out of the whole, but hopefully this doesn't result in no stretch reflex which is very handy for getting out of the hole. It might just be 'tap ass on box, stand up, as apposed to sitting on it for a second'.

CHINS/PULLUPS

Probably should of done less but meh.

she is just about everything I look for in a woman, down to the dark red hair. She could lose the gloves though there a hair much.

Wanted more. Bout the same as last months 1RM estimate = 98kg -- Atleast I am not getting weaker. Combination of diet being shit the last 2 days (played 2 poker nights = pizza and meat pies) wouldn't have helped. See how it goes next week. If not I'll increase the calories a bit more, though I want to keep my diet as it is for a bit as I am leaning out alot and feeling/looking better.

The 40's were hard, but got them done, felt good. Might need to lower it a bit though and treat it as an actual assistance exercise since this is by far close to my 10RM. Doubt I could get many more on 40 if I tried.

Grip tommorow maybe, or after squats on wednesday. Tried a guys Adidas weightlifting shoes on, they were FUCKING nice. he is a US size 11, and they were just fitting so maybe an 11.5 is what I need. Liked how they felt though man jesus. Might start putting odd change away for a rainy day to get them on my b-day if I get some $cash.

Btw I would get oly shoes as tight as possible, assuming you aren't planning to have a growth spurt any time soon.
