What's gay laser surgery, do the doctors not wear pants?

It is a MCL/UCL partial tear (grade 2) in my elbow. So far he has only said he does not want me full extension with the arm, and only things with a hammer grip. So hammer grip lat pulldowns, but I don't full extend, like 85-90% to full straight line extensions. Has given me a list of very few exercises I can do for the moment, says strengthening my forearm will help greatly with the rehab though so grip training is about the only thing I can do normally right now (with grippers and wrist roller)
eye doctors here do the proceedure with lasers in their willies. pew pew. yeah. lol.

Saturday 29th November
did about 20 mins moderate LSD before work. came in and found out one guy won 70k and nobody gave me the tip. Found a 17 dollar winner and won a few hundred, then put it on a 'sure thing' and fucking lost it all. Not too bad since i went from $50 dollar to 300 or so... but bummed now. No more punting now.
back to work.

If you can pay attention to all that shit while doing 20 min HIIT, I will be impressed. That or I'll question your definition of the High Intensity part in there.

Yeah nah I meant just like how many cals I burned, or how far the distance was at the end haha. I ain't slacking believe that mate.
I should say I am doing Tabata 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest/light, on the cycle. It is one below the maximum setting for resistance, and my legs are barely making it through the 20 without reaching LT. So it's giving me the workout I want.
