Wed July 01st

Felt pretty weak today, got a flu shot at the doctors and some antibiotics as i've been coughing up green yellow flem shit. Looking forward to deload week, my body needs it. Hope my rehband sleeves finally arrive next week so I can start squatting the week after...

ta. I'm gonna start looking at 1RM estimates in the next cycle, and not letting my deadlift sessions turn into a bunch of singles. As well as my other lifts, just to see if I am getting stronger again as I did lose alot of strength as I dieted down.

might omit the BW sets after the main set. Or just do 1 set. the 'pump' afterwards leads to me believe im overworking my arms/biceps.

All in all a good session. The lead up sets to my max rep set on both sohp/chins were heavy and i had no thoughts about even breaking past required reps. Really happy with the session today.

yeah, slowly eh. bench/sohp are about the same as when I completed cycle 1, so, kinda glad with that. Deadlift/squat are down, but i havent squatted in a month either. Get back into it next cycle nice and light.
